What kind of Concealer is best for you?

(1) What color of concealer do I need? What color is best for me?


FACT: Dark circles, scars or discolorations come in different shades, some are blue, some of yellow or even brown


Do NOT use lighter colors to cover dark circles, that doesn't work, e.g. you can't use white color to cover dark canvas ...etc unless you put multiple layers but then that creates another problem...

Look at a color wheel, the opposite color of a shade is supposed to "cancel out" itself. 


(2) What kind of texture should I look for?

For example: dark circles (that caused by poorer circulation) are blue, which means you should use a peach / orange color to conceal them. 

DO NOT be afraid of the peach / lemon color you see in the jar that is darker than your foundation. Since scars and dark circles are darker than your skin so it would be just right.





Power / Compact concealers are for scars or acnes, areas that don't "move" a lot. 


Gel, mouse, and soft cream, liquid concealer are preferred on eye area (with fine lines) since they are softer and could fill in the lines a bit.
