15mins Beauty soup - Holiday DETOX - Beetroot soup with coconut milk

Alcohol, sugar, greasy food, late nights, gatherings during the holiday, planning to detox after all these? It takes a overworked liver to get us sick.

Beetroot contains potassium  magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B6 and C, frolic acid, carbohydrates, protein, antioxidants and soluble fiber.











Here is my version of quick & easy beetroot soup: 

You would need: 
Beetroot x 1
Mushroom stock - half tea spoon
Coconut milk - a bit
Walnut x 1
Salt - a bit












Step 1 - Boil 2 bowls of water
Step 2 - Wash and wrap your beetroot with microwavable cling wrap, microwave  it for 4 mins 
Step 3 - Carefully remove the wrap from your cooked and very hot beetroot, cool it down in tap water, gently remove the skin
Step 4 - Grate your beetroot into the boiling water
Step 5 - Cook it for 10 mins, season and garish it
