Evening wine replacement - Roselle / Hibiscus Tea

I know many of you enjoy having a glass of wine in the evening, sometimes even before bed.   I can't deny it that it feels good to feel that warm sensation running through you and going to bed relaxed and content.

Some studies show that Roselle Tea helps to deduce risk of cardiac disease that caused by high blood pressure.

If you would like to reduce your wine consumption for reasons ( e.g.: weight loss, control high blood pressure...etc). You really should consider trying Roselle / Hibiscus tea for a change to replace that glass of ruby with crimson

Please note: Hibiscus is UNSAFE to take during pregnancy
