How to make fresh Roselle Tea






1)   Get the fresh Roselle Flowers from your farmers or supermarket

2)   Remove the green tips and wash them clean

3)   Cook the Roselle Flowers with water 1:1

4)   Add your favorite sugar to sweeten the thicken juice, I used Coconut Flower Sugar, just because I think they are both flowers, should go well :)
 
5)   Take a generous spoon of the ruby syrup and mix it with water, serve hot or cold (or even sparkling water if it is served cold)

6) Keep it in a sealed jar glass and put it in the fridge, consume it without 10 days


  • Or if you would like to use your raw honey, add honey when it is served warm or cold.  Remember not to cook it with your raw honey, otherwise the heat would destroy the active elements in the honey.
